Are dogs supervised during play?
Definitely. All playgroups are monitored at all times by trained staff.
What if my dog doesn’t enjoy large groups?

Is the splash pad safe for dogs?
Absolutely. All splash pad guests are pre-screened through our temperament evaluation. Staff supervise all water play sessions, and group sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure every dog has a calm, positive experience.
Does my dog need to know how to swim to use the splash pad?
Not at all. Our splash pad is designed for dogs of all experience levels, including those who have never been around water. The features are low-to-the-ground splash jets and spouts — there’s no deep water involved, so swimming ability
is not required. Even nervous or water-shy dogs often warm up quickly in our supervised environment.
What are the required vaccinations?
The required vaccinations are Bordetella, distemper (DHLPP/DAPP), and rabies.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Booking in advance is recommended, especially during holidays and busy travel periods.
Can I take a tour?
Absolutely, you can take a tour! There is no need to schedule an appointment. Come on in!
